Healing Your Emotional Wounds
Have you ever felt helpless when it comes to what you can do to help heal the world? Have you ever wondered what your role is or felt so broken that you thought you just don’t matter or that you are so small and insignificant in the scheme of things that you could not ever possibly make a difference?
What if you becoming your very best self was all it took for you to make a difference?
You see, we are all connected in this beautiful cosmic web. And when one part of the web changes, it affects the rest of the web. When one part of the puzzle is put in place it contributes to the whole.
I always had this thought or like a whisper in my ear that came from above that told me we were all connected and that if I could heal myself then it would be like a ripple effect and it would send a wave of higher vibrational energy out to everyone around me and it could help to make them stronger too. And to take it further, if I could help others to heal then they could help others around them and so forth and so forth and on and on. Thus came my calling to become a healer. It’s been a lifelong journey and it has not always been easy, but I would not change a thing and I’m glad I stuck it out through all of these years.
Sometimes it can be so hard to break out of comfortable structures or belief systems because those around us resonate on the same frequency and we want to stay in that comfort zone. Yet there’s that small inner voice inside that speaks to the more magnanimous way we know we are called to be. So what does it take to do this, to break free?
The first place to start is by looking at our own personal story. When we take the time to really speak or write our story we start to identify the emotions and belief systems that exist in our own psyche.
This is a very powerful step in the transformation process. It gets us in touch with our own pain in a more intellectual way to start to take a bird’s eye view of our life. To see things from the outside will take us to the place of the observer.
Breaking through your own inner barriers will raise your vibration to help take you to new heights of self-awareness.
But it’s also about knowing who you are at your core, why you are here and how you are to function in the world.
We do not live in a cookie-cutter world, although we are conditioned to feel that way. We are not all designed the same way. We come onto the earth with certain soul groups that have a similar group karma to transform. But we each have our own personal karma and dharma as well.
It’s important to find a coach or healer on your side who can help to guide you to the depths and hold your hand as you travel out into your true self and into the full gift of you. For some of you, we have been doing this work together already. But for those of you who don’t know, this is truly something that I am passionate about. I believe in the benefits of this work and have seen how it helps transform people’s lives. I feel this work is needed now more than ever and I’m ready to take that journey with you.
Doing emotional wound work is no joke and it’s not easy and it’s not always fun. But it is the most rewarding and powerful work you ever do in your life and the rewards do not stop with you but will touch everyone you meet and all the close people in your life.
